PROGRAMME FOR FOOD AND FUNFAIR

16th October 2014 (Thursday)

3.00 pm                      Can come in to inspect and feel

17th October 2014 (Friday)

8.00 am                      Open gates for all to come in and setup

10 – 10.10 am           Opening ceremony/Cutting of ribbons by survivors

                                     Booths operates only after opening ceremony

10.20 am                    2 Dances by Kem Desa

10.30 am                    Registration for Coloring competition

11.00-11.30 pm        Start/End of Coloring Competition

11.45 pm                   Results of Coloring Competition  

12.00 pm                   Dance by Ann Yeo Group

12.30 pm                   Songs by Stefan Group

BASIC BOOTH OPERATING RULES

1.     Booths will be open for selling only after opening ceremony is over.

2.     Coupons received MUST be torn into half and put into container provided. Do not accept torn coupons(questionable ones).

3.     Food accidently dropped when giving to/by customer MUST be replaced FOC.

4.     Observe safe cooking practices. Keep booth clean.

5.     Bring own cooking/serving utensils and take away plastic bags

6.     Do not dispose cooking oil on grass.

7.     Food pricing must be accurate and visible.

8.     Clean booth area upon finishing sale. Trash box/bags provided.
