Today was another busy Friday. The Catechism children did a wonderful animation of the Way of the Cross on this 4th Sunday of Lent, thanks to Marianne Lim and Shirley Bates who guided and trained them last week.
The mass which followed was concelebrated by 3 priests, Fr. Arulnathan, Fr. Thomas Koo (from Sacred Heart, Kulim) and Fr. Francis Andrew, our parish priest. The visiting priests were here for the Easter Penintential Service and confession.
During the mass, the Elect/candidates preparing for baptism and confirmation were prayed over during the 2nd Scrutiny by Fr. Arulnathan.
In the evening, starting from 6 pm on Friday, 4th March till 6pm on Saturday, 5th March 2016 a 24-hour vigil by members of the community in conjunction with the Holy Year of Mercy as proclaimed by the Holy Father, to pray for God's mercy on the world. The vigil will end with a special mass.
