Christmas Carolling in Kelantan 2016

For the past 3 days, from Dec 19 - 21, our group of 50-60 carollers from Our Lady of Fatima visited around 20 homes in Kota Bharu, Kem Desa Pahlawan (Bukit Cina) and as far as Pasir Mas to bring cheer to parishioners and their families. Even though for two nights in pouring rain, the young carollers led by Sundrella Chua and students from KCCS (Kelantan Catholic Campus Solidarity) sung and danced their way into the hearts of their hosts.  Thank you for your beautiful singing and joyful enthusiasm to bring Christ's message of Christmas joy and peace!

Parish Assembly 2016

4th Sunday of Advent
The Parish Assembly brought together around 40-50 parishioners, youth and adults to listen, discuss and plan for the coming year 2017. Mr. Gerard Yeo, as PPC  Chairman, welcomed the participants and thanked them for the support given to the parish throughout this year.  Our planning will be in line with the recently concluded PMPC IV, that is to become an Evangelizing, Bridge-building and welcoming church. Fr. Francis then continued with his message, thanking all for their support and to continue to 'grow in Jesus'. He then gave a review of the past year's events and celebrations, highlighting what we have experienced as a parish. Coordinators of each ministry then presented their SWOT analysis, stressing on their strengths, and opportunities, and looking at their weaknesses and threats and how to improve on their ministries. The Assembly concluded with insights by Fr. Francis and suggestions from the participants.
A big thank you to all who attended the Parish Assembly.
